資深演員劉德凱以《這些年那些事》「大老趙」趙天佑一角，拿下金鐘獎戲劇節目男主角獎，被評審評為「表現不可多得」，慶功宴上劉德凱直說：「這個獎項，我等了25年！」他表示25年前曾入圍男主角獎，但未獲獎，此次得獎代表他沒有白白浪費時間，在這個行業持續鑽研、努力的成果，才能獲得評審的肯定。
他笑說：「心裡非常、非常高興！」但也坦言，獎項揭曉前心情矛盾，因為其他年輕入圍者表現也很好，「年輕一代演得這麼好，自己也有壓力，感覺自己要繼續努力。」

劉德凱表示，這不是他第一座金鐘，之前參演的作品曾獲得編劇、製作人等獎項，但演員倒是第一座，「特別開心，因為我主業還是演員」；談到《這些年那些事》大老趙角色，他表示從小在眷村成長，對這角色有七分熟悉感，很像他以前成長環境碰到的長輩，「他們的影子，烙印在我成長的記憶中。」
而他以前挑戰過各種角色，沒想到一個騎三輪車的老兵能夠得獎，代表越平凡的角色，挑戰性更高，要進入角色更困難；未來選角會保持平常心，不會給自己太大壓力，任何角色對他而言都是新的挑戰。

另外，他也相當關心台灣影視環境，在慶功宴上表示，只要有合適的角色，他一定會第一時間趕回台灣拍戲，或是製作其他台灣節目，「希望台灣戲劇能恢復到以前亞洲戲劇王國的時代，以前台灣軟實力非常強！」
目前他還在適應台灣現在的製作環境，並研究整個市場大趨勢，想辦法把台劇帶到全世界，他也向政府呼籲，希望能有相關政策配合，整合電視台業者、民間企業及從業人員，「一把筷子抓在一起，沒人能折斷！」往後若能常在HBO看到台劇，才是最大的安慰。
許多人在小的時候，不是被要求要聽爸媽的話，就是常聽爸媽講一些大道理，如果聽不懂還會被以「等你長大就知道了」打發掉。但有些話隨著年紀增長，似乎也能慢慢體會、了解，最近有網友就好奇在 PTT 上詢問，「有什麼爸媽的話在長大後才知道是對的？」，吸引不少網友留言討論。
原 PO 說，有些話在小的時候聽爸媽講完，反倒是覺得自己的想法更有道理，直到長大想起來才發現當時爸媽講的是對的，詢問大家是否有這樣的經驗？
其他網友也紛紛回應，「不要相信漂亮的女人」、「賺錢很辛苦的」、「認真讀書」，但也有網友說，小時候爸媽很常講「紅包幫你存起來」、「我的兒子是帥哥」，長大後才發現都在騙人，還有網友表示，從小就被教育要好好讀書，「結果出社會才知道沒專長沒飯吃」、「坐辦公室吹冷氣領 22k 」。
